The last 15 years we have spent working on creating a unique coffee experience have been a wonderful time of contact with customers, working with the best coffees in the world and the pleasure of creating the LaCava brand as a team.
Our experience in specialty coffee awakened in us the need to elevate our offerings to a whole new level. We succeeded in creating an entirely new concept, one that surpasses everything we had seen in the specialty coffee market to date. Hence the changes, the rebranding, and the new LaCava.

All our products will be made from fresh, seasonal harvests. Previously, our offerings used harvests from the entire year, as was the case with most roasteries. We decided to change this so that everyone could enjoy the most intense and full-bodied coffee flavor in their cup.
What first?
- All our coffees are specialty quality products. We make no compromises. Only 100% Arabica. Authenticity is our core value.
- The seasonality of our entire offering is the bar we set for the entire coffee market. Our idée fixe.
- New packaging weights: 350g for espresso blends and the Bru series and 1000g for filters.
- New packaging design. Labels that our customers love.
- Our roastery is B Corp certified, awarded to socially and environmentally responsible companies.

We were the first coffee roaster in Poland to receive B Corp certification, which is extremely difficult to obtain and comes with many conditions and requirements.
