We offer professional barista training, including our proprietary LaCava Academy program and certified SCA courses: Barista Skills, Brewing, and Sensory Skills. Our workshops provide practical skills and enable you to earn internationally recognized certifications. Training is conducted in accordance with Specialty Coffee Association standards, under the supervision of experienced and certified trainers.

The room is equipped with a 50-inch TV for presentations, branded notebooks, and a great learning atmosphere.

Brewing courses focus on various coffee brewing methods, allowing participants to experiment and discover the best brewing techniques. Sensory Skills develops sensory analysis skills, enabling accurate assessment of coffee quality.
