SCA Training - Coffee Skills Program
Our roastery offers official SCA training courses within the Coffee Skills program: Barista, Brewing, and Sensory, at three levels – Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional – as well as an Introduction to Coffee course. All courses are certified by the Specialty Coffee Association and conducted in accordance with international standards. Earn the prestigious SCA certification and develop your barista skills under the guidance of experienced coffee industry trainers.

With SCA training authorization, we work and train with the best equipment available on the market. These include Mahlkonig EK43, La Marzocco Strada, Mythos 2, Fetco, Acaia, and many others. The room is equipped with a 50-inch TV for presentations, branded notebooks, and a great learning atmosphere.

All in-person training is conducted at our coffee roastery near Warsaw (Janki). This way, in addition to acquiring knowledge and skills, you'll also absorb the spirit of the roastery.

Certified SCA training
Our coffee roastery offers a wide range of official training courses through the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Coffee Skills Program. These include Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional courses in three key areas: Barista Skills, Brewing Skills, and Sensory Skills.
Additionally, we offer Introduction to Coffee training – an excellent introduction to the world of coffee, created for people starting their barista path.
