How do I create an account in the store?

To create an account on the LaCava.pl website, simply:

  • Enter your email address
  • Enter the 6-digit code that will be sent to the email address provided.

Logging in to our store is simple and works the same way as registration:

  • Enter your email address associated with your account.
  • We will send a 6-digit code to the address provided.
  • Enter the code in the field displayed and confirm.


How can I delete my account?

To delete your account in the LaCava.pl store, please contact our Customer Service Office by sending a message to: sklep@lacava.pl .

Can I change the details on my account?

Yes, you can change all data associated with your account except the email address , which is permanently associated with the account.

To update your data:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the "Profile" section
  • Make the necessary changes


Orders

How to place an order at LaCava.pl

1. Select the product you are interested in.

2. A cart summary will be displayed on the right.

  • If you would like to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping."
  • If you want to proceed to pay for your order, click "Proceed to checkout" .

3. If you have a discount code or gift card , enter it in the appropriate field and click "Apply" .

4. Complete your contact and billing details, select your delivery method and payment method.

  • If you need an invoice for your company, remember to enter your Tax Identification Number in the dedicated field.

5. Click "Pay now" - you will be redirected to the payment operator's website.

6. After paying for your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation via email and we will start preparing it.


















How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order in your profile, under the "Orders" tab. After entering the order you're interested in, its details will be displayed. If you need more information about your order, please contact us at sklep@lacava.pl

Where can I check my order history?

You can check your order history in your profile, under the "Orders" tab. By clicking the three dots next to an order, you can reorder without having to search for products on the website.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order you have already placed, please send us a message at: sklep@lacava.pl

Delivery

What is the delivery time for the ordered goods?

We strive to process all orders placed before 12:00 noon the same business day.

Delivery time is usually 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only process orders within Poland.

Returns

I received a product that does not match the order, what should I do?

If you have received goods that do not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending a message to: sklep@lacava.pl .

Please include your order number and describe the problem - this will help us resolve the matter faster.

My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?


If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at sklep@lacava.pl .

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and/or product in your message - this will help us process your complaint more quickly and take appropriate action.

Can I cancel a purchase made in the online store?

Yes. You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to withdraw from this contract, please inform us of your decision by sending an email to sklep@lacava.pl . Please include your order number and contact details.

Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Who bears the shipping costs when returning goods?

In case of return of goods, shipping costs are covered by LaCava .

Just contact us at sklep@lacava.pl to arrange for the return shipment at our expense.

When and how will the refund be made?

We will process the refund immediately, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

The money will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Sales documents

How can I receive an invoice?

To receive a VAT invoice for your order, enter your Tax Identification Number in the dedicated field when placing your order.

The document will be sent electronically to the email address provided after the order has been completed.

Where can I find the sales document?


We send the sales document (receipt or invoice) electronically to your email address after the order has been completed.

Specialty Rewards / discounts

What is Specialty Rewards?

Specialty Rewards is our loyalty program in which you receive 1 point for every zloty spent at the LaCava.pl store.

You can earn extra points for completing selected goals, described in the Specialty Rewards tab.

You can exchange your collected points for discount codes.

How can I use my points?

You can exchange your accumulated points for:

  • discount codes up to 20% off
  • free delivery code

You can make the exchange in your profile after logging into your account and selecting your preferred reward.

When will I receive points for my order?

Loyalty points will be automatically credited once your order is completed . You can view them in your profile after logging in to your account.

How can I use my discount code?


You can enter the discount code in the dedicated "Discount code or gift card" field in the shopping cart when placing your order.

After entering the code and confirming it with the "Apply" button, the discount will be automatically added to the order value.

We invite you to visit! We'd love to show you how our coffee is made and tell you more about the roasting process.

What are the opening hours for contacting us?

If you would like to contact us or visit us, we are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

During this time, we respond to emails, answer phone calls, and welcome guests to our smoking room.

Can the goods available on the website only be purchased offline?

No. You can also purchase all products available in our online store directly at our roastery at Aleja Katowicka 7 in Wolica.
