Kenya Baragwi Guama
blackcurrant, hibiscus, caramel
Kenya Baragwi Guama is a coffee that perfectly showcases everything we value in Kenyan profiles – intensity, juiciness, and a distinct, multi-layered acidity. In the cup, you'll find characteristic notes of blackcurrant, hibiscus, and caramel, which together create a profile that is at once vibrant, elegant, and very harmonious. It's a coffee with excellent clarity and an energetic character, but with a pleasant, sweet base.
The beans come from the Kirinyaga region, one of Kenya's most renowned coffee growing areas, located at an altitude of 1600 – 1800 m above sea level. Such an altitude promotes slow maturation of the cherries, which translates into greater complexity and intensity of flavor. Washed processing emphasizes the purity of the brew and allows the juicy, floral-fruity notes to fully express themselves. This is an offering for those who seek coffees full of distinctiveness, freshness, and characteristic Kenyan depth in their pour-overs.

Odpowiednia mieszanka

How to brew?
Przelew V60
1. WEIGHT
We recommend using 18.5 grams of coffee per 300 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.
2. GRIND
Select the grind size so that the brewing time is around 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
3. BREW
We recommend distributing water at 94˚C in 6 portions of 50 grams. After a 30-second pre-infusion, add water every 15 seconds.
4. WATCH
If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!
