Single origin espresso
Ethiopia Tibebu Roba
jasmine, peach, strawberry
In the renowned Yirgacheffe region, at an altitude of 1985–2000 meters above sea level, coffee is produced that, in its espresso version, showcases the bright, fruity, and incredibly aromatic side of Ethiopia. Producer Tibebu Roba has been working with traditional Kurume and Wolisho varieties for years, and the Natural processing gives this batch a delicate sweetness and an intense, floral aroma.
In a cup of espresso, you'll find the essence of Ethiopian lightness: jasmine, juicy peach, and sweet strawberry. The profile is luminous, clean, and fruity, with a velvety texture and sweetness that balances the natural, high-altitude acidity. This espresso tastes like concentrated, floral nectar—perfect for both a neat shot and light, milky drinks.
Ethiopia Tibebu Roba Espresso is the perfect choice for those looking for freshness, aromatic intensity and fruity notes in their espresso, typical of the best Ethiopian naturals.

A connection worth noting
Kurume - a local Ethiopian landrace variety, prized for its intensely floral aromas and clean, bright fruitiness. In espresso, it delivers lightness, high aromatic intensity, and delicate, jasmine notes. Wolisho - A variety with larger fruits and a slightly fuller structure, often contributing notes of ripe fruit, a soft body, and sweetness. In espresso, it provides creaminess and subtle fruity tones. Together, they create a balanced profile: jasmine + peach + strawberry in a concentrated, intense form characteristic of natural espresso.

How to brew?
Espresso
1. WEIGHT
We recommend 18 grams of beans – this is the amount that will bring out the full flavor, pleasant intensity and aromatic balance.
2. GRIND
Adjust your grinder for this coffee to get a 45ml yield in 25-27 seconds for a double shot.
3. PREPARE
Remember to distribute the ground coffee well in the portafilter and tamp with moderate pressure.
4. WATCH
The coffee flow should be thick and continuous to achieve the desired yield over time. Enjoy!
