Delivery

Shipping costs depend on the carrier and payment method chosen. Shipping is free for orders over PLN 129. Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be processed the same business day and shipped the next business day.

Delivery with DHL:

  • courier shipping of orders up to PLN 129 costs PLN 16
  • Courier shipping for orders over PLN 129 is free
  • a cash on delivery package up to PLN 199 costs PLN 19
  • Cash on delivery parcels over PLN 199 are free of charge

Inpost Parcel Lockers 24/7:

  • shipping orders up to PLN 129, to a selected parcel locker costs PLN 10.99

Payments

We strive to make your shopping experience simple, fast, and enjoyable. That's why we offer the following payment methods:

  • PayPal : The fastest and most convenient payment method. After completing your order and selecting this payment method, you'll be redirected to the PayPal payment provider's website, where you can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer . Funds are credited immediately, making it the fastest way to get your order shipped to you right away!
  • Cash on delivery: you pay the DHL courier in cash upon delivery
  • Bank Transfer : After finalizing your order, we'll provide you with the details to transfer your prepayment. Once the funds have been received, we'll ship your order immediately.
  • Santander 10x 0% Installments – this is especially useful when purchasing coffee machines or more expensive appliances. After selecting this method, you will receive a link from Santander to your bank, where you will complete the details for the installment agreement. A bank employee will then contact you to authorize the agreement. You can sign the agreement immediately by transferring 1 PLN (according to the instructions in the Santander link) or by text message. You can also choose the traditional method: the agreement will be delivered, signed, and collected via courier.
  • Santander Installments - any loan term. The terms are the same as above, but you can choose a loan term of up to 50 months. These are no longer 0% installments.
