Returns Policy

We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.

How to do it?

  • Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
  • We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
  • You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
  • Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
  • you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

All shipments are sent via DHL courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day and will be shipped the next business day.

SEASONAL FLAVOR PROFILE

A wonderful, fruity dance between two Rwandan natural process Arabicas. Blueberry notes are delicately intertwined with sweet chocolate and caramel flavors. This composition highlights the exceptionally delicious spirit of African natural coffees.

SEASONAL DRIP BLEND

For our filter blends, we carefully roast exceptional beans that come from fresh harvests and reach their full potential. As the seasons change and the season for a particular origin comes and goes, we modify our compositions, ensuring a repeatable yet unique character. Believing in quality and sustainable development, we strive to source beans with a distinct flavor from certified and recognized farmers.

How to brew?

Aeropress

1. WEIGHT

We recommend using 15.5 grams of coffee per 250 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.

2. BREW

We recommend distributing water at 94˚C in 2 portions - 50 grams for a thirty-second pre-infusion, then 200 grams.

3. PUSH IT THROUGH

Start pressing at 1 minute and 50 seconds – this should take you about 30 seconds. Remember to remove the device from the scale and press into a safe container.

4. WATCH

If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!

The seasonality of the beans in our blends means roasting green coffee from the freshest harvest possible. While each of our blends maintains a consistent character, roast level, and flavor direction, as the seasons change, we change the blend's composition and origin, as well as the precise flavor notes.
