Cone valve system
The new conical valve provides gradual adjustment of water flow and pressure through an internal opening before full pressure is applied. The valve manages pre-infusion while the volumetric pump operates at maximum pressure, allowing the barista to pre-infuse one group while extracting coffee on the other simultaneously. This dynamic system reduces the risk of tunneling, resulting in a more balanced extraction.
