Keeping your coffee machine clean, especially when handling milk, coffee and water, is key to high-quality beverages.
Every Jura automatic coffee machine has a maintenance-free brewing system, where self-cleaning is activated by a single button.
JURA's original cleaning tablets are constantly improved and further developed by our laboratory team. The new three-phase cleaning tablet offers even better results thanks to an additional protective phase, providing your automatic coffee machine with lasting protection against mineral deposits.
With one press of a button we start the cleaning process of the coffee machine.
Phase I, cleaning:
A special formula effectively separates fats and particles in the brewing system and strainer. Water heated to 80°C thoroughly rinses these deposits inside and out.
Phase II, maintenance:
Special active ingredients seal the surfaces of the relevant components and thus prevent the redeposition of coffee residues and coffee fats.
Phase III, protection:
In the newly developed third phase, so-called sequestrants provide the automatic coffee machine with lasting protection against mineral deposits.
Effect:
A hygienically clean automatic coffee machine, ready for perfect coffee and complete customer satisfaction – at the touch of a button.
Only original Jura cleaning tablets should be used to clean JURA automatic coffee machines. Only these tablets are ideally suited to the automatic cleaning procedure.
Phosphate-free
At JURA, strong environmental awareness has a long tradition, as does the sustainable use of resources and energy. That's why JURA's original cleaning tablets use only phosphate-free chemicals. The optimized protective formula guarantees TÜV-certified hygiene for your automatic coffee machine while also protecting the environment.
Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

Delivery Information
All shipments are sent via DHL courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day and will be shipped the next business day.

- Courier shipping for orders over PLN 129 is free
- a cash on delivery package up to PLN 199 costs PLN 19
- Cash on delivery parcels over PLN 199 are free of charge
