Returns Policy

We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.

How to do it?

  • Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
  • We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
  • You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
  • Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
  • you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

All shipments are sent via DHL courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day and will be shipped the next business day.

grinders with flat burrs, the Fresco X680 allows you to prepare a variety of
coffee specialties from two types of coffee, offering full personalization
beverages. Thanks to the brewing unit with a capacity of 8 to 16 g, it is possible
obtaining an intense and rich-tasting espresso that will satisfy even
the most demanding coffee lovers.

Android. The intuitive menu allows for easy selection of drinks, and three modes
service – standard, self-service and professional – allow for
adapting the coffee machine to the needs of users. The Fresco X680 offers
the ability to change the appearance of the drinks list and the backlight color
containers and housing, which allows you to adapt the device to the aesthetics of a given
interior.

The coffee machine is equipped with two coffee bean tanks
capacity of 1.2 kg each and a container for instant ingredients with a total capacity
