The Franke Mytico Vario is a modern automatic coffee machine that harmoniously combines traditional Italian design with advanced technology, offering a unique coffee experience. Its daily capacity is 360 cups (180 per module), making it ideal for high-traffic areas.
A unique feature of the Mytico Vario is the integration of both fully automatic One-Step brewing (milk-based coffees from a single nozzle and at the touch of a button) and the Two-Step process (coffee and milk prepared separately). Thanks to two coffee modules, it is possible to simultaneously prepare different types of milk and milk alternatives on both sides of the machine, minimizing the risk of mixing milk types.
The coffee machine is equipped with iQFlow™ technology, ensuring consistent coffee quality in every cup, and the CleanMaster automatic cleaning system, which meets the highest hygiene standards. Additionally, the ability to individually set the brewing temperature for each beverage allows for perfect matching to the type of roast.
The Mytico Vario stands out with its intuitive 8-inch touchscreen (for each of the two modules) for easy operation, and programmable barista levers that allow for optimized operation according to the user's needs. The machine's low height facilitates better communication between the barista and customer, creating a friendly atmosphere. Made of high-quality and durable materials, the machine is available with side panels in six colors, allowing for personalization and matching to interior design.
