Cup of White Filter to najbardziej świetlista i rześka kawa z limitowanej kolekcji przygotowanej na Święto Wina Dwórzno 2026. W filiżance pojawia się elegancki akcent białego wina, soczyste cytrusy i dojrzałe owoce pestkowe. Wysoka, czysta kwasowość łączy się z wyraźną słodyczą, tworząc lekki, precyzyjny i bardzo aromatyczny napar.
Ziarna odmiany Caturra pochodzą z kolumbijskiej Huili, gdzie rosną na wysokości 1600 m n.p.m. Po obróbce washed kawa przeszła dodatkowy etap hydratacji z wykorzystaniem białego wina Solaris z Mazowsza. Za ten autorski proces odpowiada nasz Head of Coffee, Aleksander Smęt, który opracował go według własnej, pilnie strzeżonej receptury. Dzięki temu klasyczny profil kolumbijskiej kawy zyskał świeży i wyraźnie winiarski wymiar.
Palenie pod filtr zachowuje klarowność oraz delikatność tej partii, podkreślając cytrusową energię i soczystość owoców pestkowych. To propozycja dla osób, które lubią eleganckie kawy przelewowe o wysokiej kwasowości, lekkiej strukturze i bardzo czystym finiszu.

Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

How to brew?
Przelew V60
1. WEIGH
We recommend using 18.5 grams of coffee per 300 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.
2. GRIND
Select the grind size so that the brewing time is around 3 minutes.
3. BREW
We recommend distributing water at 94˚C in 6 portions of 50 grams. After a 30-second pre-infusion, add water every 15 seconds.
4. WATCH
If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!
