Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

Geisha is a variety that has achieved legendary status. Its roots trace back to Ethiopia, from where it traveled to Central and South America, ultimately becoming one of the most sought-after specialty varieties in the world. It is renowned for its extremely high aromatic potential, especially when grown at high altitudes and in a stable microclimate. Geisha is characterized by elongated beans, a delicate structure, and remarkable clarity in the cup. Its profile typically includes intense floral notes, clean, distinct citrus, tea-like delicacy, and silky sweetness. In experimental processing methods, such as Anaerobic Washed, it can reveal additional depth: caramel nuances, a creamy texture, and a slightly more mature, concentrated fruitiness. At Finca La Colombia, this variety expresses itself with aromas of flowers, orange juice, and vanilla, creating a light, luminous, and elegant profile.

How to brew?
Przelew V60
1. WEIGH
We recommend using 18.5 grams of coffee per 300 grams of water. This will result in a juicy brew with a pleasant body.
2. GRIND
Select the grind size so that the brewing time is around 3 minutes.
3. BREW
We recommend distributing water at 94˚C in 6 portions of 50 grams. After a 30-second pre-infusion, add water every 15 seconds.
4. WATCH
If the brewing time differs from the recommended time, or the flavor isn't to your liking, adjust the grinder settings next time you make your coffee. Let your taste and preferences guide you!
