We believe the art of coffee roasting is magical. It's a mysterious alchemy cultivated by virtuosos throughout the dark ages. With spicy and woody accents of East Asian Arabica, Black Art's blend tempts, enchants, and pushes the boundaries of roasting mastery. Reaching almost a second crack, this blend fuses deep and intense notes in a daring dance with darkness. Developing its roast profile was challenging, as specialty coffee beans are typically lightly and delicately roasted. However, we managed to find the perfect balance and harmony to satisfy the palates of those seeking a powerful and profound coffee experience.
Returns Policy
We absolutely believe in the quality of our products, but if you want to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pl with the following information: order number, returned items, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- We will send you a DPD courier waybill, which will collect the returned, packed items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package.
- You can of course bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- Returns are free of charge, unless you do not want to use our DPD courier, in which case you must send the parcel yourself
- you can return all products as long as they are unused and the packaging is open

All shipments are sent via DHL courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day and will be shipped the next business day.

How to brew?
Espresso
French Press
1. WEIGH
We recommend 16 grams of beans. For Black Art, we want to achieve a lack of acidity and chocolate notes.
2. GRIND
Adjust your grinder for this coffee to get a 45ml yield in 25-27 seconds for a double shot.
3. PREPARE
Remember to distribute the ground coffee well in the portafilter and tamp with moderate pressure.
4.WATCH
The coffee flow should be thick and continuous to achieve the desired yield over time. Enjoy!
1. PREPARE WATER
Use fresh, properly mineralized water. Boil the appropriate amount and pour over the French press and containers to warm them.
2. GRIND THE COFFEE
We recommend a coarse grind, so that the coffee particles are larger than a grain of sand. Use 6g/100ml. Pour into an empty French press and tare on a scale.
3. BREW
Set the timer and add water. Steeping for 4 minutes will produce a more delicate infusion, while steeping for 6 minutes will produce a more intense and sweet infusion. After 1 minute, stir for 30 seconds.
4. SQUEEZE
Gently press the grounds to the bottom with the plunger, then leave 1 centimeter of space for the grounds.

Hmm, ciężko jednoznacznie do czegoś się doczepić, ale jak to w "arcie" bywa, czasem potrzeba tego "boskiego" akcentu. Moim zdaniem czegoś tu brakuje, czegoś właśnie nieuchwytnego. Ale wiadomo, bardzo indywidualna kwestia. Moja ocena to 4.5. Pije espresso. Piękna crema i bogaty smak z długim finuszem. Smacznego!
