We are looking for a Head Coffee Trainer!

What will you do?
- AST Training (if you are not certified, we will help you get it)
- Original barista and product training at basic and advanced levels
- Create the LaCava training program
- Collaborate with Roaster on product evaluations and samples
- Conduct quality audits for clients
- Introduce and conduct internal barista training for new employees
- Organize and participate in industry events (Warsaw Coffee Festival etc…)
- Represent the company in national (and other) competitions
- Advise clients on selecting catering solutions
- Upholding product quality and customer service
- Learn and train according to SCA standards and beyond
Requirements and qualifications – what do we need?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Specialty Coffee industry, with extensive knowledge of the industry, industry environment, and companies in the Specialty Coffee environment
- Highly developed coffee sensory science
- Achievements and activity in the field of barista competitions are welcome.
- Already held SCA or other certifications are welcome
- Driving license category B
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows for easy communication and the reading and processing of specialized materials about coffee
- Openness to occasional travel within Poland and sometimes outside of Poland
- Absolute and thorough understanding of the seed-to-cup process and specialty coffee industry standards
- Open, sociable, positive and dynamic personality
- High communication skills
- Good work organization, independence in solving problems
- Flexibility in multitasking in very demanding and sometimes stressful situations
- Ability to give and receive feedback on the quality of one's own work and that of other team members
