Want to work on a coffee roaster? Want to learn how to create blends and profile coffee flavors while roasting? Want to work with the most interesting beans on the market and the amazing people in the specialty industry? If so, let us know.
LaCava is a specialty coffee roastery. We've been passionate about this since 2009. We love coffee and strive to deliver it in its finest, most beautiful, and highest-quality form. We strive to teach the art of good coffee, showcase its many facets, and surprise our customers with unexpected flavors. We provide all the necessary brewing supplies, such as automatic coffee machines and accessories for alternatives. We are a leader in Poland in B2B contract leasing with coffee and service providers.
We are growing rapidly, so we are looking for help for our production team.
As a Production Roaster/Junior Roaster, you'll experience a wide variety of coffees from around the world, from classic Brazilians to luscious Ethiopians and even quirky experimental coffees. You'll learn to roast coffees under the guidance of our Head Roaster and have the opportunity to develop your skills through almost daily cupping sessions (production, purchasing, and more) alongside a certified Q Grader. We're also open to further education through SCA programs or other courses; we'd be happy to help!
