How to redeem points?

The point redemption process is simple and intuitive. When finalizing your order in the LaCava store, simply activate the "Redeem points" option and select your preferred discount option. The customer dashboard always displays your current points balance and available rewards.

Validity of points

The program was created with the goal of building long-term relationships with specialty coffee lovers. Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Redeeming points for rewards does not affect your membership level. Membership status may change after 12 months of inactivity. The system regularly updates your membership level based on your activity over the past year.
